SMS Messaging Terms

By texting our number, which appears on our website, in our emails, and on our signage, you consent to receive recurring SMS messages from SalesText.ai. Every conversation is initiated by you texting us first.

• Message frequency varies.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• To opt out at any time, reply STOP. You will receive a confirmation and no further messages.
• For help, reply HELP or email support@salestext.ai.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Supported carriers include AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and other major U.S. carriers.

Pricing

Paid subscriptions are billed at $19 per week through our payment processor, Stripe. You may cancel at any time.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, SalesText AI LLC is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
